Well we are home after a much needed vacation!! We left friday morning for LAS VEGAS!! We had a great time and were able to do many fun things. We were fortunate to be able to stay in a suite! It was nice! Great bed, great tub, great TV! We first arrived around 4pm, and were suddenly stopped on our way to check in by some people who wanted us to listen to a time share presentation and if we did then we would be able to get free tickets to any show we wanted. We decided to go ahead and do it, we scheduled it for saturday morning, however, saturday morning came and I was not feeling well (we think my birth control is making me sick). So we decided to reschedule it for sunday morning. After getting ready for the day I was starting to feel a bit better so we ventured out. We decided to go on a tour of Bodies. This is in the Tropicana and was not worth the cost. They have taken POW and put their bodies in acetone. They looked like rubber. No cameras were allowed so no pictures to show. We then ventured over to MGM grand to see the lions, they were neat to see and considering it was free we were all for it.
After seeing the Lions we then went to the M&M store. Spent way to much money but had a lot of fun. There are 3 M&M stores, Las Vegas is the biggest! We spent some time in the movie "I lost my "M" in Vegas". It was a 3D show that lasted only about 10 minutes.
Next door to the M&M store is the Coca Cola store. We didnt spend near as much money there but had fun none the less. Me and Kev have this thing with buying Christmas Ornaments on every vacation, however, the Coca Cola store did not have any :(.
After spending so much time out, my feet were killing me. Since how I forgot to take "real" shoes, instead of just flip flops. We went to the mall and bought me some new shoes. We then went back to our room and watched Finding Nemo. Sunday morning, Kev and went and bought us some breakfast while I got ready. We then went and signed up for the time share presentation. After a couple hours we were completely hooked. We got a great deal and are planning on a vacation in Hawaii next summer!! After the time share presentation we to see the Shark Reef. That was really neat and we got to pet a sting ray. The pictures are not very good considering it was kind of dark in the room, the one on the left is Kev and the other is me.

We then went back to our room for a while and watched the news and learned that OJ Simpson was in Vegas and booked into jail. We had a good laugh at that. We then got ready for the show that we were sooo excited to see!! Tournament of Kings!! What a great show, well worth the cost, it was a lot of fun cheering for "our king". We sat in the Austria section! The only picture we have of that is the picture that cost us way more than it was worth. After the show we decided to walk on the strip and watch the dancing water infront of the Bellegio. We then walked down the strip a little more and around 1 am we decided to head back towards our hotel and to bed. Monday morning we woke up, and decided that we were going to spend a little more time in Vegas, so we headed to Hoover Dam. We did not spend much time there but it was nice to get out and walk around and see something so neat.
After seeing Hoover Dam we got back on the freeway and could see the Las Vegas temple, so we decided to see what it looked like. What a beautiful site!! We are so excited for the next time we are Vegas to actually take in a session!
After spending the entire afternoon in Vegas we decided it was time to take our trek back home. We made home sweet home around 12:30am. On wednesday it was back to reality. Kev started his new job today and he's enjoying it so far. I am trying to figure out an organization system for the office (my office manager is quitting and I'm being promoted to Office Manager).
On tuesday before our trip we went to the Keith Urban concert. What a wonderful concert and well worth the price!! There is no better way then to hear our son rather then live!!
