Snow Time

Kevin made the decision of staying at the job where he's already at. He was given a dollar more, and he's new the counter top guy. Next month he'll get another raise, and then in 6 months he'll get another one. Right now this is what we need! I was so glad at his decision!

Today I was set apart for my new calling, me and Kevin were supposed to teach Nursery this next sunday, however, he'll be the one teaching as I'll be in the Young Womens. Hopefully they will be releasing us from the nursery next sunday. The Primary Presidency is in the process of getting new names to the bishopric so they can get all that taken care of.

Last weekend we got a snow storm! Okay so it was really small and didnt amount to much, but it was fun to see.

New Job? New Calling!

This has not been updated since our trip from Las Vegas. Today while Kev was working he got a phone call from his old boss, telling him that they fired one of the guys that Kev hated to work with and they asked him to come back. We are trying to decide the pros and cons at this point. They would offer him $2 more an hour and he would be working a lot of hours. However, the begining of the year he'll be getting a raise as well at the job he's at now. He told his old boss that he would let him know the answer by the begining of next week. My brother got him the job so he's not really all that thrilled with the fact that Kev may or may not be leaving. We will be doing a lot of praying over the next couple days to determine the answer.
I was extended the calling tonight of secretary in the Young Womens. I'm very excited to be taking on this new adventure! I'm pretty sure that means they will be releasing me and Kevin out of nursery. I will be set apart the sunday after conference! I'm a little worried about the stresses I have to deal with at work and this new calling, yet the blessings will be so wonderful to have in our home along with all the many others!!
I am so excited for Fall to be here! I love drinking hot chocolate and when its raining or snowing. I love turning on the furnance and curling up with a warm blanket and a good book. We love watching the trees change colors! We have already gotten a little bit of snow this year which makes me excited to get out all my winter clothes.
